OPPOSE the Save Act!
I would like to know the position of your office on the Save Act. I would also like to register my opposition to that bill as I understand it. Thank you for your timely response.
Please OPPOSE H.R. 4088/S. 2366/S. 2368, “The Secure America Through Verification and Enforcement Act of 2007” Bill, known as the SAVE Act.
It mandates an employer verification system thin four years using a system that has an error rate of almost 10%
The errors in the SSA database alone could result in 2.5 million people a year being misidentified as unauthorized for employment, including U.S. citizens.
Our economy is already fragile enough.
The “SAVE” approach of simply more raids, more fences, more prisons and more deportations will not end unauthorized immigration.
